You know the drill
A4 sheet on the office kitchen counter. Names scribbled in, then crossed out. A spreadsheet you rebuild for every client. Three emails to the office manager asking who's actually coming. Two no-shows at half past two. And when the day is over, nothing to send the client except an invoice.

Three steps, one link
- Set up the day. Client name, date, start and finish times, slot length, how many therapists. About two minutes.
- Share the link. Send it to your contact at the office. They forward it to staff. Employees pick a slot on their phone. Nobody needs to email you.
- Hand over the report. When the day ends you get a one-page summary for the client. Slots offered, slots booked, how many turned up. No names, so it's safe to send to HR.
